Site Rules and Enforcement Policy

All activity on Sundoraefen is guided by our Code of Conduct, a collection of policies that define the standards and expectations for everyone who uses our platform.

When a user breaches these rules, we take measured and appropriate action based on the severity of the issue:

Minor offenses — In most cases, the offending content is removed, and the user receives a warning. This warning is recorded internally for safety and accountability purposes, and may contribute to future disciplinary action if repeated.

Serious offenses — When a user or their content receives multiple reports or is flagged by our moderation team, the process is as follows:

1. Evidence of the violation is secured and documented.


2. We investigate the case thoroughly.


3. Accounts found to be in violation are banned immediately.



Once banned, users lose access to all interactive areas of the site including the Lounge, Groups, and blog comments. Banned accounts display a “Flagged” badge to alert other users. An email notification is sent to the user informing them of their ban.


For privacy and moderation efficiency, we do not provide specific reasons for individual bans. Accounts are retained in our system but remain inaccessible during the ban period. Appeals are not available; however, serious bans are automatically reviewed at the end of each month to ensure fairness and accuracy.

To promote transparency, we publish fortnightly reports summarizing moderation activity, including the number of posts and accounts actioned.


Handling Illegal Content

In the rare event that illegal material is posted on Sundoraefen, we act immediately and decisively:

The content is secured as evidence and removed from public view.

The account involved is permanently banned and recorded.

The website is temporarily placed into a restricted or offline state to ensure no further access.

A public statement is issued to inform users of the situation and reassure them of their safety.

All evidence is provided to law enforcement and relevant agencies.


The platform remains unpublished until authorities confirm that the investigation is complete and the offender has been dealt with. Offenders’ IP addresses are permanently blocked from future access to the site.
